The BC Provincial Wine Competition rotates annually between BCAWA member clubs. Hosting is a significant volunteer undertaking — the host club manages venue, logistics, registration, stewarding, and the social events surrounding competition day.

Hosting Responsibilities
Host clubs are responsible for securing a suitable venue, recruiting volunteer stewards and judges, managing entry registration and bottle drop-off, running competition day, and organising the awards presentation. Full details are in the Competition Handbook.
