The BCAWA Provincial Wine Competition is held each spring and is open to members of all affiliated clubs across British Columbia. Wines, beers, and ciders made at home are judged by trained BC Guild of Wine Judges members using a standardised 20-point evaluation system.
The competition has been running continuously since 1972, making it one of the longest-running amateur winemaking competitions in Canada.
