Langley Fermenters Amateur Wine Makers Club brings together home winemakers from Langley, Richmond, Chilliwack, and across the Fraser Valley — even members from Washington State. The club’s mission is to share winemaking experiences, improve technique, and enjoy the social side of the craft.
Members work with grapes, fruits, and commercial kits, and regularly take medals at BCAWA provincial competitions.
Meetings
The club meets monthly from September through June, typically on the first Monday of each month from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. Meetings rotate between members’ homes and are occasionally held at local wineries.
Each meeting includes roundtable discussions on winemaking challenges, planning for social events, and education on wine styles, blending techniques, and food pairing.
